Welcome to our weekend adventure in Gettysburg, PA! Our journey kicks off with a scenic drive to this historic destination, where we'll be staying at the Wyndham Gettysburg. We'll check in on Friday, August 22nd, for two nights of comfortable accommodations, before heading back to Western Massachusetts on Sunday.
We appreciate your interest! The rate for a King Room is $208 per night, with an additional 11% tax. be aware that this is the only room available since the hotel will also be accommodating families for a local Soccer Tournament happening that weekend. We have been told of this upfront but decided that we will be busy most of the weekend so as to not have it bother us.
I am also told that there is a large parking lot in the back end of the hotel where our cars will be safe to park.

The club has now met our quota of rooms. Should you like to book a room please email Bob Parker below. Rooms are available until March 15th as Dave had mentioned in his Special Update, dated March 6th. I will be taking a count for rooms until this Friday. The hotel will extend our quota for more rooms as needed. I will then email you back a phone number and extension # to speak to Heather to which you may then book your room at our special rate.
