First Cruise of the year, and Soup Party
Lets all get together and joining Rich and Sally on the first CCWM Cruise of the year. We'll be venturing out to the Swift River Valley Historical Society in New Salem Mass. Afterwards we'll end up back at Rich's house for a Hot cup or bowl of some Stone Soup!

Itinerary
Destination: Swift River Historical Society, New Salem, MA
Admission Fee: $8.00 per person (museum opening exclusively for our group)
Post-Visit Gathering: Return to Rich & Sally's homestead for hot stone soup
Purpose: To gather and reconnect with old friends
Meet 9:30 at Pride Station in Belchertown Junction of Rts 21 & 202
Leave at 9:45 proceeding north on route 202 to Elm St in New Salem ( approx 1/2 hr drive)
Guided Tour of Museum & grounds ( approx 2hr)
Travel from Society : N on Rt 202 for 1 mi. Rt 122 across the top of the Quabbin and then Rt 32A south to Suomala's on 2180 Wilbraham Rd, Springfield, MA 01129.
Soup Party to start around 1pm until??

For you new folks: You need to bring just enough vegetables to put in the pot for you and your guests. Beer, wine, and soda provided.
Everyone: Bring your veggies in a soup bowl size container, because you will be taking some soup home with you. Also, please plan on bringing an appetizer or dessert.
Please RSVP at your earliest convenience. The reason is to know who is bringing apps or desert.
